RRG Group has over the period, developed capabilities in various fields, this has been possible primarily due to the leadership provided at various levels within the organization.
Mr. Ranga Rao hails from a family of agriculturalists from the Southern State of Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur District. Though he has grown out from a well to do family ,he was exposed to the hardships of the people around him right from the beginning. He believed that the way out would only be through enterprise. Hence, he decided that he should venture to start business and empower as many people as he could, either directly or indirectly. He has been an entrepreneur all through-out his career.

In the year 1999, he ventured out on his own, starting a company that would cater to specific requirements of the service providers in Telecom Sector, Infrastructure services and went on to start multiple companies. Organizations under his leadership are credited with doing some pioneering work in the telecom segment in the creation of an infrastructure in the form of optical fiber network for their operations and introduction of newer technologies used elsewhere in the world to the local market.
Mr. Rao started RRG Engineering with the experience and exposure gained with all the other entities. His dexterity and agility has seen our company progressively scaling new heights. Today RRG, a niche market player in Security system integration, working with some of the most advanced research facilities in the world in the areas of unmanned mobility on ground and air, sensory capabilities in threat detection.
Mr. Rao is a special invitee on the Task Force constituted by the Civil Aviation Minister for the formation of the policy for usage of Drones in India.
Mr. Rao been part of and lead many a business delegation to countries like Austria, United States of America, UAE, Bahrain, Israel and Sri Lanka.
It goes without saying that Mr. Rao has wide exposure in interacting with various government agencies and bodies and lead business delegations at the government to government level.

Mr. Rao has been invited for interaction with students at Under Graduate, Graduate, and Post Graduate levels as external resource/guest faculty.
Many Magazines and industrial journals have interacted with Mr. Rao and carried his interviews.
Mr. Rao is passionately associated with various NGO’s as a Major fund provider, volunteer, and coordinator, especially in the areas of providing health care, clean drinking water, rural women empowerment and education of the under-privileged child.
